Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Program
In the time-honored traditions of Le Cordon Bleu, the culinary arts program provides students the opportunity to develop their skills through demonstration followed by hands-on practical application in professionally-equipped kitchen labs. As part of this dynamic environment, students are immersed in the culinary/hospitality world, spending a significant time in the kitchen applying skills and techniques and are taught classical cooking methods, in addition to American regional and international cuisine; food science, as well as concepts in baking and pastry. Students find themselves in stimulating as well as nurturing environments where dedicated, professional chef-instructors pass on their skills, experience and knowledge. -
Le Cordon Bleu Pâtisserie and Baking Program
For those whose culinary passions involve the pâtisserie and baking arts, the Le Cordon Bleu program can provide a winning recipe of intensive, practical and comprehensive training and education. This renowned, professional program covers an array of proficiencies in pâtisserie and baking skills including artisan bread production; design and creation of chocolate/sugar showpieces; classic European pastry production; fine pâtisserie and more. Students are also exposed to the different styles and experiences of our chef-instructors who encourage each student to explore and develop his or her own distinct style and creativity. -
Le Cordon Bleu Hospitality & Restaurant Management Program
Le Cordon Bleu Hospitality & Restaurant Management Program was created to meet today’s growing demands by graduating students with a high level of expertise, skills and knowledge base. Both theoretical and practical management approaches are taught, along with wine studies, hospitality business law, food and beverage management plus the kitchen and the dining room environments, including all aspects of managing a restaurant facility. -
Online Program - Bachelor of Arts in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Management
For individuals who have earned an associate degree in culinary arts, pastry arts or hospitality and restaurant management from an accredited school, we are proud to offer a Bachelor of Arts in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Management online program – which can enable them to continue their education in the culinary field. It is designed for people looking to advance their career potential and for those who would like the flexibility to study online. This innovative degree completion program provides a unique opportunity to add prestigious credentials that can help them move forward in the culinary and hospitality industry or open their own establishment. It focuses on a wide range of advanced topics relevant to the industry, including facilities and event management, financial management and cost control, marketing, research and writing, small business development, organizational psychology and much more.The 15 month Bachelor of Arts in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Management is a 2+2 program and assumes that all associate-level requirements have been met through an associate degree or the equivalent. Scottsdale Culinary Institute has articulation agreements with many culinary schools that may allow students to transfer their associate degree into this program.
